Online Course

We know your time is valuable, and just like in fitness, being accountable to training each week with a coach will typically get you to your goals faster than going at it alone. In this online course, you can go at your own pace, but you’ll have a Mentor to help you along the way, to ask questions and keep you on track. You’ll also get real-world experience through weekly assignments that you can review with your mentor.

We also believe in the power of working together, in real time, to learn. You’ll have access to your MINT Mentor through each module to ask questions, bounce ideas off of, chat about client experiences you may be having, and more. 



Movement and breathing strategies along with an awareness of anatomical and physiological changes is key in training the pregnant or postpartum woman.

Proper nutrition is key in nourishing our bodies, hormonal health and fertility. The goal is to balance getting enough nutrients to support the growth of the baby and maintaining a healthy weight. Postpartum nourishment is key in breastmilk supply, energy & healing.

When working with pregnant and postpartum clients, the most important thing they will modify is their mindset. Through every stage, it is our job to help guide our clients through the mental challenges of their journey. We help them do this by supporting them with encouragement, empathy, educational-based support, and grace.

By the end of this course, you will have the skills and expertise to safely and effectively train clients from pre-pregnancy with fertility considerations, through pregnancy and postpartum (which is forever!). Not only will you have strategies in relation to movement, nutrition and mindset, but you will also learn tips on marketing yourself as a professional in the space. You’ll also get hands-on, real world experience through homework assignments that you can discuss with your mentor!


Most programs teach you about pregnancy, but there's a lot to cover about the stages before that. Mindset, nutrition and recovery all come into play.
