This program is designed for the mama who’s over the nagging back pain and ready to feel strong from the inside out. If your back aches and your core feels weak, the culprit might be how you’re moving through everyday mom-life—holding your baby, bending over the crib, breastfeeding, and more.
I dealt with nagging back pain for years before realizing the answer wasn’t eliminating deadlifts or other movements. It was learning how to build and support these movements properly.
This core-focused program helps you rebuild a solid foundation of strength to better support those daily demands. Use it as a standalone routine or stack it with your current workouts as a powerful accessory. Either way, you’ll retrain your core to work with you—not against you—and finally give your back the support it deserves.

what to expect
A steady progression to help you relieve and eliminate back pain through a strong core. Start with proper breathing techniques and light movement and build through the 6 weeks to challenging movements that will make you feel like you have a bulletproof core.
Skip the crunches and start getting results with functional movements that translate to stronger lifts and a stronger life OUTSIDE of the gym as well.
Most workouts can be done within 10-15 minutes and are the perfect complement to a lifting program like our MomStrong Full Body program!

LOVED the Mom Strong program. I used it throughout my 2nd and 3rd trimesters of pregnancy and thought it was the perfect balance between staying fit and toning down my workouts to keep my body and baby safe.
